Where can I go to buy a redneck rubber?

Someone showed me this *** gift the other day that was called the redneck rubber. It was a boot stock with a rubber band and I thought it would be a really funny gift to get my dad! He’s like the biggest redneck in the world! Where are people getting these? I’d just give him a sock and a rubber band myself, but I want something that comes in a package and has a label and whatnot, ya know? Any suggestions?
